黎武東 資訊技術執行長

Graduated from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Wutung earned in 1996 his master degree of Urban Planning, majoring in transportation planning and geographic information system (GIS). After graduation, he worked on GIS relevant jobs for planning, designing, and build & development tasks. 黎武東於1996年取得美國密西根大學Ann Arbor分校都市計畫碩士，專精於交通運輸規劃與地理資訊系統。畢業後投入地理圖資系統(GIS)開發相關職務，參與地理資訊系統之規劃、設計、開發建置等角色。

As a senior team manager and sales lead, Wutung has extensive experiences in development of GIS software industry. He assisted in propelling Kingwaytek Technology Co., Ltd from a 10-staff micro start-up into the largest electronic map & GIS vendor in Taiwan. And with helps of Wutung as a high-level manager, the company was acquisitioned by Chunghwa Telecom Co., Ltd. as the Exit strategy.

黎武東為資深的團隊經營者與業務領導者，在GIS軟體開發領域經驗非常豐富，曾協助勤崴國際公司從10人微型新創公司，逐步成長及蛻變成為台灣最大電子地圖廠商與GIS系統最大廠商，並以高階經理人之角色協助公司接受中華電信投資，以及進入股票上櫃市場，對於業務建立、專案管理、系統規劃、財務架構等均經驗豐富。

Wutung is also experienced in establishing a information technology system, a project development team, analyzing project values and goals. With a Certified Scrum Master license, Wutung is well trained in building a team by adopting the Software Agile Development approach. He is experienced in building a flat structured organization with lateral communication.

黎武東亦專精資訊系統建置，擅長組建專案開發團隊，剖析專案價值與目標。黎武東擁有敏捷教練證照（Certified Scrum Master），嫻熟帶領團隊建立軟體敏捷開發（Software agile development）流程，對於建立扁平式組織與橫向溝通有豐富經驗。
